• What is Delta-8?

 

Delta-8 THC (Δ8 THC, delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol) is an isomer of CBD found in industrial hemp. It is a hemp-derived cannabinoid that is very similar to the THC found in Delta-9 THC.  Delta-8 THC interacts with the nervous system similarly to Delta-9-THC but one big difference between Delta-9 and Delta-8 is the effect time. Delta-8 takes slightly longer to kick in at around 2-3 hours. This hemp product also contains a lower potency than the normal "Delta- 9 THC" (the primary form of THC found in cannabis). Delta-8 HAS NOT been evaluated by the FDA and can be deemed as an "Unapproved new drug". Though Delta-8 THC remains legal on the federal level under the 2018 Farm Bill, with certain regulations/restrictions that we MUST abide to. More information can be found on our "Lab Results" Tab.

• What is CBD? 

 

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant. There are NO psychoactive effects with CBD. CBD has not been evaluated by the FDA and can be deemed as an "Unapproved new drug". CBD remains legal on the federal level ONLY if it is derived from industrial hemp and falls under certain regulations/restrictions that we must abide to.

• What are Shipping times?

 

All orders are processed for 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) before being shipped out. Processing times are added on top of your selected shipping time (Both 1-3 & 2-5 day shipping) and is applied to EVERY ORDER!

ALL ORDERS once shipped out will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email then your order has not yet shipped and is still in processing.

STONER BOXES:

All stoner box orders take on average 1-2 weeks to be packaged and shipped out as the glass pieces and some accessories are purchased to order. That's 7-14 days and does not include national holidays.

ALL OTHERS:
For all other single orders, on average take 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) to be packed and shipped out. Business days does not include Saturday/Sunday & National holidays.

YES, Packaging will always be discreet with every order! No signatures are required when delivered.

Returns/Refunds are only to be accepted if any items have been damaged or misplaced due to error on our end with processing, it must be reported to us within 3 days of your order being delivered to have the issue resolved.
If any errors occur during the shipping process, packages with insured shipping that have any damage or lost items can be filed as a claim to USPS.

• Is Delta-8 legal in my state?

 

Laws differ from state to state so it is always recommended to check your current state laws and their position on all hemp products before making your purchase(s). While state and local legislators are struggling with the framework for this new market, it remains federally legal under certain regulations/restrictions that we must abide to with the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill. We retain the right to not ship to ANY states or territories where local laws conflict with the 2018 Farm Bill. ​

While most of our products can be shipped internationally, Under no circumstances will any Delta-8 products be shipped outside the U.S.
